Key Points

• High-Value Items: Loose gemstones, gemstones set in jewelry, or any items valued over $40,000 can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of being ready for pickup or shipment.
• Other Items: Orders under $40,000 have a 30-day return or exchange window, starting from the date they are ready for pickup or shipment.
• One Exchange Limit: Gemstones can only be exchanged once. The new gemstone cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• Original Documentation: Gemstones must be returned with their original grading reports in usable condition. Missing or damaged reports may incur fees deducted from your refund.
• Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including custom jewelry, eternity rings, worn jewelry, damaged items, altered jewelry, and improperly packaged returns.
• Timely Returns: All returns must be made within the return window. For shipped returns, the shipping date must be within the return window.

• Free US Returns: We offer complimentary return shipping within the United States. International returns are subject to shipping, insurance, and handling fees.
