• Military Addresses: For APO/FPO addresses, we utilize USPS Priority Mail® due to its dependability in reaching military locations worldwide. Please note that wire transfer payments and additional processing time are required for these orders.
• Alternative Shipping Addresses: We understand the desire for surprise gifts. You can ship your order to an alternate address; contact our customer service team for assistance with this option.
• Delivery Timeframes: Diamond orders typically ship within 1-4 days after payment and inspection. Other jewelry and engagement rings may take 1-3 weeks, depending on production timelines. We strive to accommodate your desired timeline for custom jewelry.
